Han smiled awkwardly. “We can explain.” Jennie stood up. “Oh, I’d love to hear this.” Hyunjin stepped forward. “This was an observational experiment.” Lisa nodded. “Very scientific.” Felix laughed so hard he almost dropped the popcorn. Jennie pointed at all of them. “You trapped us.” Han shrugged. “Did it work?” Felix looked at Jennie. “I mean…” “We watched half the movie without arguing.” Jennie blinked. “…Wait.” Everyone gasped dramatically. Han threw his hands into the air. “THEY ADMITTED IT!” “I admitted nothing!” Jennie protested. “You admitted peace!” “That’s not a thing!” “It is now,” Han declared. The entire room burst into laughter. Jennie looked at Felix. “You know…” “What?” “I think our friends are completely insane.” Felix smiled. “Definitely.” A small smile spread across Jennie’s face. “…Good.” Felix nodded. “Yeah.” “…Good.” And for the rest of the night… The movie barely mattered. Because the real entertainment… Was everyone trying—and failing—to stop teasing Jennie and Felix.
